challenge

Yarmouth, a vibrant hub of maritime activity, boasts a rich tapestry of history, a bustling ferry terminal, quaint independent shops, and a thriving marina housing over 230 berths. The Yarmouth Harbour website, burdened with an overload of information, was in need of a digital facelift. Seeking to enhance the online experience for visitors, Yarmouth Harbour turned to Brightbulb to revamp their digital presence. Recognising the importance of clarity amidst complexity as well as the unique Yarmouth lifestyle, Brightbulb built a design that enhanced the users experience.

WordPress

For Yarmouth’ content management system (CMS), we opted for WordPress on this occasion. This empowers the client to manage everything from images and copy to articles and events, with Brightbulb providing support whenever necessary. We also built a small WordPress plugin to handle the weather feed and tide data in a more comprehensive fashion.

Yarmouth Harbour were thrilled with the outcome which resulted in higher visitor numbers and page views than ever before.
