We include in our estimate two rounds of minor amends, excessive amends, edits to your content will be charged additionally.

For our websites, from go live we allow 14 days free support to fix bugs or errors that may occur. After this initial period, any additional training, support, changes or any other issues, will be charged additionally on a time and materials basis, including fixing problems that you may identify after the initial 14 day period has expired, regardless of whether these were present at launch.

Any other work you requested outside of our estimate is treated as ‘additional’ and will be estimated and charged for separately.

Brightbulb Design will make every effort to avoid errors, omissions and inaccuracies in all projects undertaken, but the final responsibility for all published material, whether digital or print, remains with you the Client.

Brightbulb Design shall not be liable to the Client for any damages or losses caused to the Client. The Client shall indemnify Brightbulb Design against all damages, losses, and expenses arising as a result of any action or claim that any material supplied to Brightbulb Design for the services infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.

We respect your privacy. Each party owes a duty to preserve the confidential information of the other and will comply with the other’s reasonable requirements in this regard. Both Brightbulb Design and the Client agree to have a regard to the principle of Data Protection.

Our websites will include a link at the bottom of each web page, establishing authorship credit to Brightbulb Design unless specifically requested not to.

The property in copyright of and the right to reproduce from all artwork, graphics, illustration, digital images, photographic transparencies and negatives shall remain with Brightbulb Design unless some special arrangement in writing shall otherwise be made.
